Membership is required for all retesting. Rather than including testing on a fixed schedule, we determine together what makes sense for where you are, whether that's hair tissue mineral analysis, blood labs, or something else entirely. Your membership gives you access to wholesale testing pricing and ensures we're always working from current data. During pregnancy and postpartum, that usually means re-testing as you move into your next stage, like your third trimester iron window or your 6 to 8 week postpartum labs.

Which membership is right for you?

If you thrive with coaching and support, checking in by private message on Voxer when you need it, with testing ordered as your body calls for it, Essential is your home base.

If you do best with a consistent monthly touchpoint to review, recalibrate, and stay accountable, Signature gives you that structure without a long-term commitment. Signature is also a good fit if you want a monthly session to review and recalibrate as each stage of pregnancy or postpartum changes.
